Amid the hectic exam and anniversary week, a little well-being can go a long way—and we’ve got just that!
The Wellness Day program during the anniversary week is completely free for everyone.

  • Klo 8.30–9.30 Morning yoga (Sportuni)

    Klo 10-15 Tamppi Areena can be used to play ball games (10-14 lohkot 1 & 2, 14-15 lohko 1, Sportuni)

    Klo 10.15 Morning jog & walk (Start Teekkarisauna)

    Klo 11–14 Day sauna + Origamis (Teekkarisauna)

    Klo 15–17 Kyykkä @ Kuusikkopuisto

    Klo 17.15 Evening jog & walk (Start Teekkarisauna)

    Klo 17:15-17:45 Squat (Sportuni)

    Klo 17:45-18:15 Pushup (Sportuni)

    Klo 18:15-19:15 Pilates (Sportuni)

    Klo 18–21 Evening sauna + Origamis (Teekkarisauna)

In addition, all Sportuni group fitness classes are open to everyone—no membership required. Just remember to enroll to the classes (https://sites.tuni.fi/sportuni/loyda-lajisi/ryhmaliikunta/aikataulut/)! The sportuni classes are held at the grou excercise room in the 2nd floor of Tamppi areena, Hervanta.

Participate in one or as many activities as you like. You can get a stamp on the Nyyrikki tour pass if you take a picture of you participating in one of the activities!
